Fall Doodle Tutorials For Bullet Journal Beginners
Hi friends, I’m Robin also known as Crafty Planner Queen you can find me on Instagram @craftyplanner_queen.
As a planner/journal enthusiast and a mental health therapist it’s important that all my creative planning can act as self-care simultaneously. Today we’re talking about a very fun & relaxing bullet journaling activity; doodling of course! It’s easy to get lost in time as you doodle away and it can be an anti-anxiety project with some soothing music in the background. I know that there are lots of people who are intimidated by doodles but just remember they are the foundation to becoming a good bullet journal artist.

Fall Doodle Tutorial
After you have a good practice page here comes the fun part: coloring your bujo doodles! I love to use my acrylograph pens and colored pencils together to create a nice contrast in shades. It really brings the doodles to life! Coloring is a very relaxing and creative form of expression. There are even adult coloring books aimed towards anti-anxiety so allow yourself to just flow with the colors.
I purposely did not use any type of straight edge or perfection in an effort to show that wonky doodles are a part of the process. Every drawing will not be perfect, however the more you practice the better you’ll become.
Fall Doodles In Your Bullet Journal
My hope is after reading this blog you’ll be able to start creating some cool doodles for the upcoming season, which happens to be my favorite. There is so much to love about FALL; pumpkins, leaves, coffee, cozy socks, pumpkin pie, halloween & more!
Using step by step tutorials is such a great way for beginners to sharpen their skills. I personally love how eventually these super simple doodles can be turned into beautiful cover pages, weekly layouts etc.
This blog is intended for the bullet journal beginner, so grab your pencils, pens & of course an Archer & Olive notebook/journal and have some doodling fun!
