Winter Inspiration

One of the easiest ways to get inspiration for a bucket list is to look online! I love looking at bullet journal themes because there are often winter activities that get thrown in with winter-time themes. Not only are there so many amazing snow bucket list opportunities, but there are so many family time bucket list items you can add since there are so many amazing spiritual holidays which can lead to a lot of inspiration!

Bucket Lists

Good news, there are TONS of bucket lists out there to draw inspiration from. Here are a few that just make me ready to cuddle up, make snowmen, and light up my fireplace.

Activities

One of the things I personally love to do is to get crafty during the holidays. There are so many opportunities when decorating a tree, your house, wrapping presents, or getting crafty with your family. Every year when I grew up, my mom and I would handmake a new ornament every year for our family, friends, and for our own tree. I still have the walnut mice ornaments we made 15 or so years ago. So I personally love to add crafting ornaments to my winter bucket list!

Traveling

For me, there is nothing better than traveling for the holidays. That may mean visiting family, heading to a remote cabin in the woods, spending the evening at a ski resort, or maybe winter isn’t *really* your thing and you’d like to head south. Personally, I’ll be adding a cabin visit in my winter bucket list.

Coloring Page

After gathering all of that inspiration, I felt ready to make a coloring page. Once I complete an activity, I will color in that portion of the activity. I’ve decided to add the following activities to my winter bucket list:

  • Travel to a cabin
  • Make homemade snickerdoodles and gingerbread men
  • Craft an ornament
  • Make a snowman
  • Make hot chocolate on the stovetop
  • Send cards to my favorite people
  • Decorate my house
  • Go skiing or sledding
