Create this goal list with Tombow Pens and adhesive.

by Bonnie Kuhl 11 Oct 2017 0 Comments

Some people make resolutions at the beginning of the year, but why wait? You can create this beautiful list for writing down your goals, then hang it on your wall as a reminder of your intentions every day.

 Supplies:

To get started you will need:

- Two sheets of cardstock.

- Scissors

- Tombow Dual Brush Pens. To achieve the purple shades, I used #623, #636, and #665 as well as the blender (to create a gradient effect). For the green shades I used #277 and #245 along with the blender. For the mint leaves, I used #243. For the navy leaves I used #528.

- Tombow MONO Twin Permanent Marker

- Tombow Xtreme Tabs

- Tombow MONO Multi Liquid Glue

Step 1: Create the list.

Using the Tombow MONO Twin Permanent Marker, create your title about 3/8ths of the way down the page.  Add 9 lines underneath (about 1.5 cm apart).

Step 2: Draw your floral elements

On your second sheet of cardstock, use the Tombow Dual brush pens to create the floral elements. Use the blender brush to achieve some fantastic gradients.

Step 3: Cut out the floral elements

Step 4: Use Tombow Xtreme Tabs to create depth

After arranging the floral elements on the goals list, begin adhering them to the page. Use Tombow Xtreme Tabs to create a bit of depth. I have stacked between 2-5 tabs on top of each other to create varying degrees of height. Save a few floral elements to be glued directly to the page.

Step 5: Glue the remaining floral elements to the list.

Using Tombow MONO Multi Liquid Glue, glue the remaining floral elements to your page.

Hint: when gluing branches with leaves, only apply the glue to the branch portion, so the leaves will be slightly raised from the page.

Step 7: Write down your goals, and hang on the wall.

Write down your goals, and hang on the wall to remind yourself what you are working towards each day.
