Doodle With Me: Cute Makeup Doodle Ideas For Your Bullet Journal
Hey guys, Masha here from Masha Plans and welcome to yet another doodle with me post!
Doodling is a fun and calming activity, and today we’ll be doodling makeup.
Makeup was my theme for June this year and I really had so much fun with it! So I decided we should do a doodling post for these cuties as well.
Even if you’re not that much into the makeup (I’m not actually) it can still be a fun pastime to doodle different makeup.
And apart from the doodling tutorials, there’s also a Doodle With Me video and a free printable to practice your doodles. So be sure to check them at the end of the post.
SUPPLIES
What will you need for this? Well, just paper and a pen!
I love using my square journal for doodling, it just feels extra satisfying to fill out the perfect square pages with doodles.
The one I’m using here is a morning sun one, which is probably my favorite design for a square journal, or at least until I saw the beautiful colors of spring releases.
Remember if you want to get this journal or anything else from Archer and Olive you can always use my code MASHA10 to get 10% off your order.
And get your favorite pen ready! I’m using some fineliners and Crayola Super tips to add color, because coloring them is half the fun if you ask me!
MAKEUP DOODLES
Let’s jump right into it with these tutorials!
This one has three different ways to draw blush. I know it might seem redundant to draw the same thing so many times. But blush is something I actually do use, so I include it a lot on my pages.
That’s why I love to have a variety of different styles of drawing so my pages don’t look repetitive.
Note how the lip gloss and mascara are very very similar in their look and structure. Just a few subtle differences and you can turn one into the other.
Usually when I doodle those, I try to draw them more crossing each other or under an angle, so they look a bit less staged.
But for the purpose of this tutorial, I thought that it might be better to just draw them in line next to each other.
Also, I wanted to point out - just in case you’re wondering - that none of these doodles are in scale with the real objects! I’m not really big at keeping it realistic.
Thankfully, doodling, as a style by itself, doesn’t require you to be realistic, so don’t worry if your little eyeshadow box ends up being twice the size of your foundation brush.
DOODLE WITH ME VIDEO
Want to see me drawing these? Here is the Doodle With Me video. It should show you once again how each doodle actually starts as a very basic shape.
Everyone can doodle!
FREE PRINTABLE
Of course I’m leaving you with a free printable, and this time, it’s a worksheet to practice your doodles.
You have a few makeup doodle examples on one side and I suggest you copy them on the other side of the sheet.
You can also trace them if you want to!
Share with us your makeup doodles and tag me @mashaplans and @archerandolive on Instagram, we would love to see your creations.

Thanks so much for this! I’m a makeup nerd and I’ll be doodling these in my journal.
