Welcome to day 4 of the 5 day Dot Grid Challenge! Prepare for your upcoming week, by creating a weekly plan. 

Having a weekly plan is an easy, but essential step to create balance in your life. Here are a few ways a weekly plan can help you:

1. Get the most out of your time

Planning gives intention to your day, so there are no hours wasted on wondering what to do next. 

2. It reduces stress
Knowing what to expect from from your week, reduces the amount of stress and anxiety for the days ahead.

3. It helps you see progress
A weekly plan allows you to analyse whether you’re sticking to your goals.
