All The Inspiration You Need To Get Started With Your Acrylograph Pens + 17 Examples

by Hayley Remde 26 Oct 2020 0 Comments

Hey again! It’s Hayley here (@hayleyremdeart on Instagram), and today I want to share with you some amazing bullet journal spreads using the new Archer and Olive Acrylograph pens!

Whilst they’ve only been released for a few months, there are already so many amazing creations using them! To celebrate the launch of two new Acrylograph colour packs - Warm Fall and Cool Fall – I thought it would be fun to share a selection of spreads, lettering and illustrations all made with them to show you just what they can do. So, if you’re on the fence about buying them, or want some inspiration for when yours arrive – keep on reading!

Acrylograph pens

Recommended Supplies:

  • Acrylographs - The new pens from Archer and Olive with acrylic ink. Perfect for an opaque finish on the black paper.
  • Archer & Olive Journal – The lovely and thick pages have no bleeding or ghosting, so you get a clean start for every spread! They also have a variety of paper colours (white, Kraft, Blackout or even all three!), which all work perfectly with the Acrylographs!
  • Pencil – To carefully plan out your ideas so you can make sure your spread has everything you need.

And finally, here’s an example from me on how you can incorporate the acrylographs into your spreads alongside other mediums. Here I used them to draw in the castle over the gouache background.

Overall, always remember all bujo’s are beautiful!  I hope I’ve given you some inspiration for what the Acrylograph pens are really capable of. If I have, I would love to see, so tag me on Instagram (@hayleyremdeart) and use #hayleyremdeinspired to get the chance to get your creations featured in my stories!
